El hotel está descuidado, le falta mantenimiento, nos dieron una habitación en la que no servía el aire acondicionado además de que hacía ruído excesivo, logramos que nos cambiaran de habitación pero aún así, las almohadas, alfombras, etc. ya requieren cambio. El café es muy malo y el desayuno podría estar mejor.
