"Staff was so welcoming. I was surprised when I saw them meeting us down at the parking lot (2 of them) giving us a warm welcome and offering to carry luggage/bags. Room had a great view of the lake and volcanos, bedding was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Entire room was so spacious. Breakfast was nice as well with a combination of many things we liked. Food and drinks were great. To top it all is the view of Lake Atitlan and the volcanos from the infinity pool. That is magical."

The hammocks were extremely comfortable and one can sleep soundly to the sound of wind and wave. There are excellent views of the massive lake Atitlan from choice locations scattered across the property or directly from your room that has large picture windows. "Todo estuvo muy bien, el personal muy atentos, la habitación muy básica pero todo muy limpio, el desayuno muy rico y lo mejor la vista y el muelle donde te puedes sentar y divisar el hermoso lago de Atitlan y también te venden los boletos por si quieres ir algún otro pueblo y te recojen ahí. Me encantó y lo recomiendo. "
