"This hotel has the best breakfast! "

"Seems to be exact same number of parking spots as rooms. Lot can fill quickly. Stayed four days. Housekeeping checked in with me in the morning then never came back each day. Trash wasn't emptied and towels weren't replenished. I usually have an excellent stay here. Hopefully this was an anomaly."

"We called and asked about the hot tub if it was up and running. They said it was but didnt say it was lukewarm, the jets were broken and the safety poles were pulled out of the ground. That was a safety hazard right there. Not a fun experience at all. But a shout out to Maria at the bar who’s a sweetheart and made us feel welcome with a warm greeting. Please fix your amenities as we only stay there because of the hot tub. Will consider the other sonesta on Bellew drive next time. We are regulars so would appreciate your comments on the above issues. Best regards "

"Stopped here after a very late flight. The shuttle picked me up almost immediately. The room was clean and quiet. I will definitely stay again if I get stuck on a late flight."

"From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. The front desk staff was noticeably unpleasant and unwelcoming. When we entered our room, we immediately found multiple bugs throughout the space. This alone was unacceptable. On top of that, we could clearly hear our neighbors, despite the hotel advertising the rooms as soundproof. Due to these issues, we made the decision to check out within an hour of checking in and booked another hotel. The condition of the room, particularly the presence of bugs, was simply not something we were willing to tolerate. What made the situation even worse was the response from management. When I spoke with the general manager showed no accountability, offered no apology, and handled the situation in a highly unprofessional manner. His response, “as long as they weren’t bed bugs," was dismissive and completely unacceptable. We requested a refund for at least the night we did not stay, (our reservation was for two nights) but the hotel refused to provide any form of compensation. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. Between the lack of cleanliness and the poor customer service from both the front desk and management, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Family trip we stay at the Sonesta hotel in Sunnyvale. It’s so nice. It’s like you have your own apartment pet, friendly so peace and quiet people at the front lobby. They’re very nice. This is my second or third time that I’m staying there every time I go to San Francisco with my family I stay there this place is safe quiet very nice for family trip. "
