Great location - near shops, plus free tea and coffee throughout the day

Me and my daughter came over from the UK to watch the Copa America football game at nearby Levi Stadium. What can I say about Hotel Valencia!! Absolutely amazing would be a good start. The foyer is where you 1st start your journey with this hotel. Clean, beautifully designed with proper Spanish music to welcome you. The reception staff are so helpful and welcoming. There was an issue with our room and we were upgraded to king size balcony rooms which were stunning, overlooking the beautiful...

Great stay! Room is comfortable Shower is great Breakfast is very nice with nice verity

The staff were super helpful at check-in and throughout our stay. Breakfast was great—especially the potatoes. The beds were really comfortable too, which made a big difference. The staff were friendly and attentive, making check-in smooth and ensuring we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the pool and fitness facilities, which were well maintained and a nice bonus. The...

Secondly, you couldn't ask for a better location in Palo Alto. It's central, close to all the bars and restaurants, and very close to the Cal train. Finally - and this was what impressed me the most - the staff go above and beyond expectations unlike anywhere I've seen. They brought me surprise treats when I merely mentioned that I had a...
