"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"Hello future traveler hopefully this helps when booking. This is a nice hotel a step up from holiday inn, I think Hilton lost a step or two. Luxury prices with a run of the mill experience. We had a nice room with a good view of the horseshoe falls and only catch a sliver of the USA falls. Next, parking is expensive. Do yourself a favor and check out the casino lot. The breakfast is expensive, but what else can you expect eat when you at the hotel restaurant and it’s meh… It’s in a great...
