"The loudest room I’ve ever been in. Top floor sounded like people up there were gonna Fall through. You hear every foot step every word spoken and every vehicles that passes by. Not to mention expect car to get scratch in their ridiculous parking. Close to boardwalk is only good thing everything else poor or bad"

"2 rolls of tp for 7 adults and a child for 3 days No paper towels in kitchen No soap in kitchen No utensils or pots and pans in kitchen Curtain in one bedroom too small for the window. Tv in one bedroom but not the other. Have to walk through one bedroom to access the bathroom. No hair dryer provided. Parking lot is small but family suite includes 2 designated parking spaces. Maintenance is poor - patches with paint over them instead of fixed properly. Refrigerator is nice....

"Good location, 711 down the street , Thai food , Mexican, & other food places near by, walkable to beach & dispensary across the street. good price. Bathroom had a slight smell & the bathroom vents filter could be replaced as it was very dusty but other than that great."

"This is a good stay if you are looking for a hotel on a budget. The place is close to downtown and the boardwalk. The staff was friendly and helpful. "

"Staff was very nice. The location in relation to the boardwalk was great. There were cobwebs in the room and some fruit flies flying around. The parking is severely limited and hard to get in and out of. It also has a pretty strong urine smell but I don't think the staff can do much about that, unfortunately. One of our children found a folded dollar bill full of a white powdery substance at the bottom of the rear steps which was highly concerning, but also, no fault of the staff."

"This place was clean convenient to local boardwalk attraction and beach. All walkable. Our room had 3 beds separate room had 2 beds and one by itself. Staff was very helpful."
