"I was a single traveller. The room i was given was large, with a double bed, and ensuite bathroom. For the price i paid, i found it was good value for money - everything i needed was there. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The room had wifi access and a tv. I let the host know roughly what time i would be arriving, and he was there, waiting to greet me. "Nous sommes venus à SANTA CRUZ pour le carnaval. Nous avons choisi cet établissement bien situé en ville mais selon les commentaires précédents nous avions réservé la chambre violette côté cour pour ne pas avoir le bruit de la rue ! On nous a attribué la chambre rouge...sans volet et une fenêtre qui ne ferme pas correctement alors très difficile de dormir avec les festivités du carnaval même en se couchant à 2h du mat et à 6h les poubelles passent les conteneurs sont juste en face de la chambre...

"We enjoyed our stay during our Honeymoon at Hyatt Ziva Jardin Tropical Resort! We were welcomed by smiling and accommodating staff, ate good food and lounged by the pool. The breakfast was good with a good range of choices. The hotel was spotless and the drinks were refreshing! The best part was the amazing views we had and the service from the staff. We hope to be back in the future!"

"The location was great, tons of food options around. The rooms can get extremely hot and stuffy as the AC doesn't seem to be the best and sometimes even question if it is actually working. They now charge an absorbent amount for parking, I remember going here 2 years ago and was charged less than half of what I was charged this time. It cost 320 euro for parking for 2 weeks. Otherwise the rooms and all common areas were very clean and overall I had a good stay."

"Lovely spacious apartment and great pool area! Stunning views from the HUGE outdoor terrace. Just be prepared for walking up and down the hill to visit the centre of costa adeje, would recommend taking taxis in high temperatures! Loved our holiday there."

"Fantastic stay. Most relaxed holiday - beach/pool, eat, sleep and repeat. Loved the location - can easily walk to los cristianos old town one way, and las americas and beyond the other. we had a room overlooking the beach - sunbeds only 6 euros - and excellent beach restaurant - which was perfect. Connected rooms a bonus. Rooms Cleaned every day. Lovely pool - with new towels every day. Hotel pool bar with nice and reasonable menu. Breakfast in the morning accompanied by a pianist was delightful - so much choice. Every member of staff was lovely. Can get a taxi for about 10 euros to get between places, ie Del duque / fanabe. Restaurant recommendations: Essenza - 30 min walk - best views, arrive before sunseet. Oro di Napoli - los Cristianos old town - the best pizzas (and cheap!). Limonella - Italian - book in advance. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"The hotel was lovely and the staff members were vwry friendly however, the amenities for the kids were lacking. There was no soft play area as shown in the images on your website therefore it left my small kids with no entertainment. The games room was also subpar as the arcade games was not working. Apart from those things mentioned the hotel is lovely, Kevin the pool attendant was lovely, and tall the concierge staff."
