"Solid place to stay in a primarily residential area still looking to recover. It's on the ocean with breaker waves pounding the seawall. No access to sand. There is some seating and a bar on the ocean but no bartender while we were there. Pool and courtyard area were nice and clean. Nearby Kiosk's, beaches, and rainforest were the big wins. No ventilation from the bathroom to the outside. Mold on the ceilings in the bathroom that continue to be an issue from other guests. If expectations...

"Smaller than the pictures look. But nice area to see lots of green space. Pool is a fair size and clean. Our Room was small but others might be bigger. Very nice staff. "

Nothing was handled and a fellow hotel guest slipped on the steps and had to be taken to ER. The umbrella's by the pool need to be secured in heavy containers or secured on the inside to prevent the wind picking them up and hitting your guests. The bar tender had a bad attitude. "Staff was good and the room was cleaned. It was at times extremely cold with no extra blankets available, so just turn off the air conditioner and you will be alright, at least that worked for me. The TV was not working and the WIFI, at least during my stay, was terrible, but I was prepared and I was able to keep me entertain myself with my cell phone and some downloaded program in my IPad. "It was our first time in Puerto Rico, and this is truly the best location. It’s quiet, with great restaurants and things to do all within walking distance. The beach is less than a five minute walk away. Yuli and Virgen were incredibly kind and made our stay feel so welcoming. Everything was always spotless, they’re amazing! They even provide sunscreen and sunblock. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel!"
