"We had originally planned for three nights. We arrived late the first night and had written a notice to Sage hotel about late arrival. When we arrived, we were informed that they had overbooked and there was no room available despite us having prepaid for a room! We were relocated to a nearby lower quality hotel nearby against our will. Big disappointment and quite frankly an insult as we had reserved, received confirmation and prepaid for the entire stay. We went back to the hotel the next day and after a lot of back and forth we were able to get a room a Sage hotel for the last two nights. Except for that experience, everything was good."
