"Was looking forward to having a cabana at the pool however if you want to have access to one, the cost is $150. That was very disappointing. Paid extra for a room with a balcony. My balcony was on the first level (didnt feel safe) with a view to the back of the hotel. Had to ask for additional towels. ..."
