"The hotel charged for each time we used the pool! $15 per visit. The front office did not tell us about this charge. l & never responded to my email asking for an explanation on these charges. Unhappy about customer service. Parking was an issue as well!"

"I was given attitude when I showed up at 2PM to check in. No rooms are clean until 4. I sweetly said I'd been driving since 5AM, and was there anything he could do to help me out. He did.
