"The showers are pretty old and do not have safety bars to prevent older folks from falling. We brought this issue to the attention of the desk staff and were informed that renovation is scheduled soon and this concern will be addressed."

"Was looking forward to having a cabana at the pool however if you want to have access to one, the cost is $150. That was very disappointing. Paid extra for a room with a balcony. My balcony was on the first level (didnt feel safe) with a view to the back of the hotel. Had to ask for additional towels. ..."
