Eldorado Hotel & Spa
"Cannot recommend the Eldorado hotel. Rooms are not serviced and dusty. Plumbing is poor. Staff are limited, under pressured and rude. Seems to be a problem at all the Heritage Hotel properties we have stayed at in New Mexico."

"The price was great, our room was not updated as the pictures show and a history of a smoker due to the stale but faint smoke smell in the room. Breakfast was good and staff were wonderful. Feel it was a good value."
