"Clean, good air conditioning, well maintained. Very good value for money. Coffee machine in the bedroom much appreciate. Could leave my luggage at the place."

"Can’t ask for a better place at such a reasonable price. Staff was great & attentive, proximity to everything is great & the rooftop is lovely."

"Very easy to find, and close enough for a short walk from the train station. very clean room and very comfortable bed. A great variety of breakfast options including several freshly baked items. Mariella was very quick and responsive to any questions I had. I would stay again if I am in Palermo."

"muy buena atención lo recomiendo ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Good size unit. Shower head didn’t stay where you put it. We could have used an extra card to get in the unit. AC never got to set temp."

"Helpfull personnel, good location, big room! Nice litle balcony."

"Our flight was delayed I was I formed that I missed check in hours and would be charged an additional fee for an evening check in. We stayed 4 nights, no clean towels, the shower drain overflowed and nobody ever around to call. There are no lights in the hallways or stairwell. We would walk in the pitch dark with the flashlights from our phones. Next to our room was a night club that the party went on all night. Just as you fall asleep the recycling truck comes by every morning and you are woken...

"Super helpful owner and perfect location. "

"The room itself was extremely clean and well maintained. Staff was very attentive and helpful. There is plenty of shops nearby and restaurants galore! The exterior of the building needs attention particularly to rubbish in the area."

"TV didn’t work - nobody replied when I informed them. The room faces the train station and a busy road - do not expect to get any sleep. Was a necessity for a cancelled flight due to Etna eruption with an early start."

"Zimmer und Bad sind sehr geräumig und das Bett ist bequem. Toll war auch, dass wir schon eher einchecken konnten. Leider konnte das Zimmer nicht verdunkelt werden und man hörte den Straßenlärm - Ohropax und Schlafmaske sind ein Muss. Der versprochene Blick auf den Hafen war nicht wirklich vorhanden, da das Zimmer im 1.OG war."
