"The building doesn’t look like it has had any money spent on it since the 1980’s.Very shabby hotel, shame on the owners, it could be fab. Had holes in sheets and towels. No duvet it’s a 1950’s style blanket between sheets. Not hygienic these days. Dirt and dust everywhere. Cushions with stains on. One pillow each. Dining chairs in the breakfast room all broken. "La struttura é magnifica, anche se da su di una strada abbastanza trafficata, il posizionamento non é male per muoversi con i mezzi, la notte si sentono un po di sirene tra ambulanze e polizia, ma é sopportabilissimo, letto comodo, anche se ho chiesto letto matrimoniale e mi hanno dato due letti singoli uniti."

The hotel is very well located within 10 to 20 minutes walk of most major sites in Florence. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good supplying everything except eggs and reasonably priced at €8.00. We have vowed to return to Florence one day and that includes this delightful hotel. "

"Perfect location for exploring Florence. 1mile from the train station (20 min walk). Overlooking the river. Clean. Staff friendly. Good selection of food at breakfast. "Enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Villa Sul'Arno in early April. The accommodation was amazing, a beautifully conceived and comfortable junior suite with a balcony overlooking the river. The rooms were peaceful and calming, ideal for relaxing. The breakfasts were delicious with a wide range of great fresh produce. Staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. "Great hotel and as named a social hub. The rooms were spacious clean and had everything you needed. Shower was hot and powerful (be careful to close the shower door properly or the whole floor gets soaked). Staff were friendly welcoming ans spoke English. Great facilities, the gym was big and had plenty of equipment. There was table top football and little booths for working. The café was well stocked with pizza, sandwiches, desserts and other confectionery. Good location only 12min walk from...

"Das Hotel war bezaubernd, das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer im 3. Stock hofseitig, weshalb es in der Nacht angenehm ruhig war. Die Matratze war fester und damit sehr bequem, die Kopfpölster perfekt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war liebevoll zubereitet und täglich frisch und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal war durchwegs sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit."
