"This was a perfect location. We had a beautiful room with a view of a canal, walking distance to all the main attractions, but off the beaten path just slightly great restaurants and shopping nearby and the hotel itself the staff was outstanding. Very friendly, breakfast was wonderful in the morning, staff gave us directions to different things really can’t say enough about this hotel. It was just recently renovated so the accommodations are finished so beautifully."

"Heerlijk verblijf gehad! Kleine kamer, maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Ontbijtbuffet was erg lekker, zo ook het eten in het restaurant. Ook de locatie is perfect als je komt voor een stedentrip naar Venetië. Met 10 minuten met de waterbus ben je in Venetië. Lido zelf biedt een hoop gezelligheid qua winkels, restaurants en strand. Wij raden dit hotel zeer aan!!"

"Easy commute from the Main Venice island over to Fido. Very quiet, Clean, and staff was very polite and friendly. Nearby shops and cafe and safe to walk even at night. Definitely recommend and will return for another stay. "

"The 2 owners are so friendly and accommodating. We cant say enough good things about them. This is conveniently located next to 2 public "bus" (water buses) stops. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the really popular shopping areas. We are so glad we decided to stay here as opposed to right in the middle of everything. "

"Access to the property is a little bit unusual in that you need to check in at a hotel first and then move over to the actual apartment, but instructions were very clear and easy to follow and the staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. Apartment is exactly as described, very clean and quiet, and in an area of Venice very easily walkable to the major tourist areas while still being very calm and quiet. Exactly what we needed!"

"Such a beautiful property! Conveniently located. The fine linens whether in the room, bar or dining were noticeable. I didn't realize until my first morning when I woke up that the turn down service had not only closed the curtains but had closed the outside shutters. When I opened the window and the shutters, I was treated by the church bells ringing. It was magical! Staff very friendly and concierge helpful with making reservations for dinner and at a Murano glass factory. I wish we could have...
