Cleanliness was great, location and hotel are beautiful. The only reason I rated 4 stars is because the power went off for 3 hours during New Year's Eve. We ordered food for delivery and of course we couldn't eat in the darkness of our room, so we went to the bar. The staff was pretty upset that ...

Barceló Huatulco - All Inclusive
Spa very expensive and same with their store. Staff exceptionally welcoming and amazing customer service that way - housekeeping/minibar were also excellent. There is not snorkelling out front of this resort for those who would like that.
