Lovely room, the photos don't do it justice. The owners were so welcoming, helpful and friendly. Great communication via email prior to arrival. It was also easy to get to all the main attractions and great if you're arriving by train because its so close to the station. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely stay here again. Thank you G&G.

The room we were in was huge with a nice view of the street. It was less than 10 mins walking from Santa novella train station. There are a few restaurants nearby. Host was amazing, he gave us little tidbits about the area and food. Will definitely recommend it. This was the best value for money room in our entire trip.

Perfect stay! B&B central location, staff were brilliant, friendly, clean conditions and the breakfast was just right to start the day. Could not fault this stay in anyway. Would definitely recommend

A lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed using the gym and the bar too. Will definitely stay again!

The stay was in a perfect location, right by the train station and in easy walking distance of the centre. The breakfast was delicious with a wide range of options and a so comfy and spacious in the room Would definitely recommend.

The hotel was beautiful and kept impeccably clean. It was situated within walking distance of the city centre and was very close to public transport stops.

Very pleased with our hotel, it had both character and a touch of luxury! Beautiful dining room also where we had breakfast, but service could certainly be improved there. Still it would not put us off staying here again when we return to Florence.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at the Grand Hotel Minerva. The location is minutes from the train station on a lovely pedestrianised piazza, and walking distance to the main attractions. The staff were so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay - we hadn’t booked tickets to the sights but they managed to get us tickets for the Accademia to see the statue of David. Breakfast was fabulous, running until 10.30 on Saturday and 11am on Sunday, so no need to rush out of bed. We spent a lot...

The Ariel’s is a beautiful Hotel set in the middle of Florence - easy walking distance to everything. The hotel patio and garden offer a great break to have breakfast it a glass of wine. The rooms are gorgeous and very clean.

Viola and Irene were very welcoming, kind and helpful. Lovely and well stocked shared kitchen and accesible garden. Clean comfy and stylish room. Located easy walking distance from shops and town centre attractions and ~150m from tram stop on line from airport. HIghly recommended.

One of the best hotel we have stayed. Location, ammenities, food and service was superb. We feel at home with the 6 nights we stayed and got lucky with the room upgrade.

Friendly staff and didnt expected to have free drink and pasta!!! Easy But just the room a bit smell Except from that everything all good

Very helpful

Nice breakfast, clean room.

Fab new hotel… definitely different to the ‘norm’ in Florence. Stayed in a ‘Hell’ room - not usually a fan of ‘themed’ rooms, but actually the room itself was very well thought out and quiet. The shower was amazing. The staff were wonderful - casual and friendly, yet efficient. Breakfast was brilliant - definitely recommend when booking. Really cool and quirky vibe to public areas including a great coffee cafe and covered courtyard. Great location too - close to station and easy walk to very...

Great location, lovely staff, fab breakfast
