"The hotel is in a great location, just one block from Punta Zicatela’s main street, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The staff is very friendly, and the bar-restaurant offers great cocktails. The bartender is very creative and takes the time to explain the different drinks—you should definitely try the alacrán mezcal. That said, the room towels could use some improvement. One downside: on one night, some guests arrived around 2 AM and started a loud party in their room. Security didn’t intervene until around 6 AM, so we weren’t able to sleep that night. Aside from that incident, the rest of our stay was very quiet."

"The hotel pool and bar is great. Breakfast was diverse and varies day to day. Room was clean but nothing spectacular. Everything around here will be walk ups but the AC in the rooms are excellent. I love that they have an airport shuttle Terrible wifi pretty much throughout the hotel except by reception."

This hotel has the proximity to the beach, large clean rooms, the sound of the sea, what else do I need… Close to everything in Puerto. I cannot wait to come back. I could not recommend more."

You step out and you are right on the beach with sweeping ocean views and some of the most beautiful sunsets imaginable. Even just walking through the small streets nearby feels magical, with colorful murals, flowers everywhere, and the relaxed energy that Zipolite is known for. The atmosphere at the hotel is peaceful, welcoming, and perfectly in tune with the town. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves and waking up to the ocean breeze each morning was unforgettable. It felt like a true escape. The staff were fantastic. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm. They made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived and were always happy to help with anything we needed. Another highlight is how easy everything is to reach on foot. Great restaurants, beach bars, and shops are all just a short walk away, making it effortless to explore and enjoy the town day and night. If you are looking for a laid back beachfront stay with incredible views, authentic local charm, and the unique spirit that makes Zipolite so special, this place is a gem. We would absolutely stay here again."
