"The hotel is near the port where some excursions depart, very conveniently located next restaurants and the night scene. Felt very safe as there police patrolling the area."

"Great location in the historic centre, close to everything. The room was excellent with a good bathroom and powerful air conditioning, but like most of Santa Marta there is limited hot water. The small pool was being repaired when we visited, but the shares balcony and rooftop are great places for a siesta. "

De zachte bossa nova op de achtergrond, de warme en persoonlijke inrichting, de fijne ligging in het historische centrum én 150m van het strand: alles klopt. "Gostei das instalacoes , num casarão tombado de 320 anos, o que confere um astral totalmente diferente. Localização excelente Como hospedagem, não me agrada a ausencia de funcionario desde as 14 horas até as 7 do dia seguinte. Houve um problema de insuficiencia de sabonete, que acabou demorando demasiadamente para ser sanado. Café da manhã continental, de boa qualidade, porém servido em pequena quantidade e sem poder repetir"

"Only one person I met at the hotel spoke English. I tried to communicate in Spanish as best that I could, and I know that it was not perfect, however, it is far from terrible. It only resulted in receiving strange looks and the restaurant staff not understanding my breakfast order. After I talked to two people at the restaurant, it only resulted in more frustration after which I decided to leave and not have a breakfast that was included in the price of the room."

"Nos gustó mucho la ubicación del hotel porque está muy céntrico, pero no el que esté en el tercer y cuarto piso de un edificio, pues lo hace menos privado. Se escuchaba mucho el ruido de los restaurantes y bares, y no pudimos disfrutar de la terraza porque las palomas se han adueñado de ella y la dejan muy sucia. El aire acondicionado estaba goteando mucho y no se pudo conseguir a la persona de mantenimiento, por lo que la recepcionista Tania que fue sumamente amable, nos cambió a otro cuarto."

I was so excited about the buffet breakfast that was included just because is much easier to have your morning routine with a full belly. In addition this place is located very close to almost everything like restaurants, bars ,pharmacies etc. To conclude , I have to say thank you very much to all the staff. 100% perfect."
