"We got a room with a balcony but it was locked and we were unable to use as there is no divider between rooms. Weird set up with 1 elevator and our room was on the other side of the property."

"We enjoyed our stay here. The location is very nice. Railroad square is a lovely part of Santa Rosa. Grossmans deli is attached to the hotel. A classic deli with delicious sandwiches, bagels, lox, etc. And there is a nice coffee shop right across the street."
