"Clean rooms , friendly staff , free daily breakfast was nice and quick beach access. My only thing is no balconies even on the ocean front rooms"

"Room was clean but sheets were a bit scratchy and pillows were flat. Bed was somewhat comfy. Pool could have been cleaner. The tile was a little scummy. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. Hotel needs some updates. We did see several kids not staying at the hotel sneaking into the pools. We did alert security and they made them Leave. "I hate to give a negative review, but the Management was really terrible. We had paid for a late checkout because we were celebrating a special occasion with family who flew in from out of town. We even paid to guarantee the late checkout so we could have time with them. We received a confirmation number and confirmed with their staff the week of.
