"I really thought their lack of flexibility was really poor. I tried to change my reservation with 72 hours notice with no luck. This lack of flexibility will have me look elsewhere on my return visits."

"This was the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at. When I arrived, after a very long drive, I was not greeted by the staff but instead was given a hand telling me to wait as the staff finish a FaceTime call. The room was picked up and the bed sheets appeared clean was the highlight of this room. The shower floor was filthy and the door to the room was disgusting, dirty! Light switches felt sticky. Our AC semi worked but, every time it kicked on it sounded like a Mac truck was passing by....

"Property did not look like pictures in Expedia. The place is extremely run down, a lot of unsavory clientele, no ice bucket, shipping containers and chain link fences with ongoing construction, bed was hard and painful, bathroom in disrepair, the only thing missing was roaches.
The staff was kind and helpful. The pool looked clean enough but too cold for this time of year. The floor left our feet black within minutes of taking shoes off.
No amenities no coffee in room. Towels were small and...

"We love the Astro! The staff is super friendly and helpful, the rooms are artsy, clean, and spacious, and the property is also well maintained. It feels like apartments rather than motel rooms. We also like the lounge and the other guests that were staying there. Would definitely return if we’re in the area."
