"The hotel was in the middle of nowhere. However it was perfectly sitated for us to get to Evora. Property was clean, a very cute "tiny house" that was very comfortable. Breakfast was included and they dropped it off in a picnic basket. As these are housekeeping units we had 4 raw eggs to cook, deli ham and cheese, croissants, cereal, yogurt, milk, orange juice and fresh fruit. It. Was. Amazing! If I'm ever in this area again I would stay here without question!"

"I honestly cannot even begin to describe how incredible our stay at Spatia Comporta was. Everything was dreamy. Totally worth it. We literally did not leave the property. The restaurant ORA is also fabulous. Staff is beyond helpful and accommodating. Also book a spa treatment with Ginny!!! She is a doll and works magic. Definitely would recommend and will be back! P.S. there are NO ubers/bolts in Comporta if you were planning on leaving Spatia - they can book you transportation, but honestly you probably won’t want to leave once you see how gorg the property is!"

"This is a house that has been converted to a hotel. I did not realize that there are not on-suite bathrooms and you must use the bathroom and shower down the hall which is hard with two small children and sometime there was a wait. There is also no AC and our room was on the side that the sun would bake in the afternoon which made our room hot all night as there was no cross breeze. This made our nights pretty miserable but thankfully we were on there for two nights. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the town is a gem with good dining options and one of the most beautiful beaches 20 minutes away."
