"My room was not properly cleaned. I had the same dirty bed sheets for next day. But the front desk and room service staff no complaints. I think for Expedia reservations they give the worst rooms and the front of the hotel is for there “clients “ even though is the same room rate."

Its central location is a major plus, and you can almost always count on availability, which makes it a dependable choice for last-minute trips. The staff is truly the highlight of this property. Many of the employees have been there for years, and it shows — they’re warm, polite, and genuinely helpful. That kind of seasoned hospitality is becoming harder to find, and it really sets the tone for the stay. That said, I wouldn’t recommend it as a destination for dining or drinks — the restaurant and bar aren’t really the reason to come here. The room was clean overall, but I did notice a mosquito or two and ended up with a few bites, which was a minor downside. Would I stay here again? Yes, absolutely — for a quick business trip or a solo stay, it’s a solid pick. For a family vacation, though, I’d probably look elsewhere. But as a practical, well-priced, centrally located classic, Fiesta Americana still delivers."
