"I really want to thank Fabian, the front desk staff, for alll his help. From the moment I arrived (well past midnight) he was friendly and incredibly helpful. He was incredibly attentive and even noticed my birthday was the next day and arranged a wonderful happy birthday celebration at breakfast (even though he wasn't working that day).
