"My stay at the Chumash Casino Hotel was all Very Exceptional, especially the Front Desk, the Bell Hop(a very lovely gal, so sorry I can’t remember her name), Cleaning Staff on my floor (6th), Security they all made my stay so great!!! My room was very clean and brought me extra water and towels. Check in was super easy. If I needed help, security answered all of my questions. The bell hop went above and beyond helping me with all of my luggage. I would definitely stay again and I would...

"It was an amazing visit to Solvang, CA. The hotel was very nice & clean. The staff was very accommodating. I love hotels with smart TVs, We got to watch a movie while eating our room service dinner. It was great. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in that area. The only negative was no elevator to the second floor. We had to carry all our bags up the stairs. It took several trips but otherwise a really great hotel."

"The staff was great and the coffee/pastries in the morning were clutch. The two complaints I have are that the floors were dirty, mostly the bathroom floor and the roar of the freeway at night kept me up. We even sleep with a sound machine for the kids. The convenience and proximity of the hotel to the flying flags campsite is the best draw."

"This hotel was the 2nd worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. The parking lot itself needs to be repaved. The room was out dated with furniture dinged up, scratched and stained. The carpet in the room was worn, stained and really ready to be replaced. The shower door was missing 1/2 of its stripping on the door. Consequently water ran out when using the shower. There were spots of mold in the shower and a yellow ring around the toilet. In the morning I went to the bathroom sink and found a...
