We have stayed in this hotel multiple times and every time it gets worse. This will be the last time we stay here as the experience is not worth it. Poor Room Cleanliness, no hot water and Tons of mosquitos.

Hotel is in a great location. And the hotel is old with great architecture. Service was good. The front desk staff were very helpful. pool area looks shabby. The breakfast was pretty basic. We had no wifi for almost 8 hours. That was tough. It’s hard to get towels. I might stay there again.

Birthday Trip
The hotel wasn’t that bad, just a few minor issues. First I was greeted by a small lizard that climbed up the wall behind the tv. I never saw it for the remainder of the trip. I had to run the hot water maybe 5-10 minutes before taking a shower if I wanted a hot shower. I think the hotel can be modernized some. But overall I wasn’t disappointed. The location was perfect. And the buffet breakfast was good as well. I’m in love with avocados. I’ll be back soon!

Great location in the Colonial Zone. Well-maintained property. Large and comfortable room. Enjoyed breakfasts. Appreciated on-site parking. Easily walkable to sites, dining, and shopping.

The room was clean and comfortable ,the staff very friendly and helpful.I would stay again. Now if you want to be picky, the rooms were never completely re-stocked each day,if you needed something in your room(missing towels, coffee, soap), if asked you received everything. That's being picky....My experience overall was Great.

I frequent this hotel a lot in the pass years and I like over looking the courtyard. This visit I had a back superior king room. Very large room with a small television far away from the bed. Not ideal.

The room are extremely good size but the service it’s nice but I when twice to enjoy the pool but was never chair to relax in the pool . And the room never have a hot water in the are a lot mosquito otherwise it’s ok

Ive stayed at Palacio several times. Ive never been disappointed. Its practically on Duarte road and so close to restaurants and the square. The taxis are on the corner also. If you want aircon, MAN this things works lol. I felt like an arctic ezplorer. Free parking which is a rare commodity.

Amazing Staff!
Little power issue, they corrected. The Management and staff were surperior, assiting tonevery need.MissingnthrnSauna and Gym, should probally just take that out. I was in 112 the jacuzzi tube worked just fine,with hot water. love this! Can't say enough about how professional the manager and staff were. I will come back!

I've been staying at the Palacio for many years. I have mixed feelings. Everything is hit or miss, some very good, and some not good at all -- from facilities maintenance, to facilities cleanliness, to the staff's attitudes and attentiveness. You can experience the full gamut during the same stay. I will stay here again, because of the good aspects. But this hotel could be so much more and better than it is with more consistent management.

It is in the Colonial zone, that comes with the old architecture. Staff was very nice and kind, room was clean. No issues during me and my family's stay.

This is my second stayed in this property the first time couple of years ago was excellent and that was one of reasons I decided to go back with my husband however, this time it was a horrible experience for us. The room we were in we found a cockroach and a rat. The staff were sorry about the experience but I couldn’t sleep all night. The experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

Edificio colonial lindo pero le falta mantenimiento, elevador sirve pero viejo y te sientes inseguro. Mucho ruido entre habitaciones y de la calle. Piscina con agua fría y los empleados son educados pero no super amables. Toallas viejas y solo 1 por persona (única, sin otros tamaños)

El hotel está muy descuidado las habitaciones no tiene bien mantenimiento me cambiaron tres veces de habitación por que tuve pedir que no tenía aire otra gotera en el techo caía en n sima de mi otra sin internet pase tres días de sufrimiento

Excelente ubicación, cómoda habitación
La habitación muy cómoda, la piscina le hace falta mantenimiento y mejor variedad en el desayuno, lo Mejor que tiene el hotel es la ubicación.
