"Great Hotel! My wife and I stayed at Hotel Sant'Anna over Easter weekend 2026. The staff was fantastic. They knew the area, suggested some do's and don'ts, and we most helpful when our flight home was canceled - rebooking us around the corner. The room was clean, everything worked, and was most comfortable. The breakfast area was clean, attendants were perfect, and the buffet had something for every taste. Location is 2.5 minutes from San Pietro. Great for a nighttime gelato, quick walk around...

"We very much enjoyed everything about our stay at Hotel de Ricci. Everything was pristine, rooms were beautiful, well stocked with amenities, amazing and kind staff, and yummy breakfast. "Lovely charming secured apartment in an impeccable condition. Ample amounts of space and easy access to nearby metro stations. Only thing to say was ventilation in the bathroom could be better, and shower was quite small for an average adult. We also experienced some issues with the hotwater (boiler was turned off temporarily(?)), but quickly resolved. Blackout blinds were wonderful, and appreciate host accomodating us to store luggage with them at the apartment before check in. "

"Passepartout is not a place to stay for older people. The elevator stops between floors (it's an old building), so some stairs are necessary. There are no grab bars in the bathroom. The staff are excellent, and the neighborhood is great, with good restaurants nearby. Reception hours are limited to 8:45 AM to 7:00 PM. It is more a guest house than a hotel."

"Room was extremely clean after each time housekeeping was in. Bed was a bit firm for me and staff added a topper which helped a ton and made sleeping much easier. Front desk staff was always helpful, accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was good, delicious fresh made coffee and the staff was great. The location was good and just a short walk to the centre and to the Vatican. No complaints, every staff member was so accommodating and helpful, that’s what really stood out to me the most. "

"Emplacement idéal du bâtiment (silencieux et très bien desservi). Personnel très réactif et aidant. Les points négatifs seraient que dès que quelqu'un utilise de l'eau dans le bâtiment, un système s'active et est bruyant juste au dessus de la chambre. Également le sèche cheveux est vétuste et à changer (sent le brûlé). Enfin, a préciser que la chambre est relativement petite, attention aux photos. "
