"The stay was fine until one night we tried to get back to our hotel. This property is in downtown Phoenix and we selected it because it was walking distance to the convention center - where we needed to attend a volleyball tournament. However, on a Tuesday night, there was a concert at the Mortage Center near the hotel. All roads surrounding the property were closed and we couldn’t get back to the hotel at 11:30pm at night.
