A lovely stay

Nice suite near town. A 5 minute walk into town with good amenities. Only downfall is that the wifi works in the living room and dining room but not the bedroom.

Wonderful stay at Roula suite

We stayed with my husband at Roula Suite for 5 nights and it was perfect for us. The suite is fully equipped, you have your own kitchen, living room and jacuzzi (the jacuzzi is on the balcony and you have a wonderful view from there). It is a quite area, at 5 minutes walking from the center of Fira where you can find the main things to do. The staff is very nice and helpful. The day we came Maria gave us a lot of advice about what to visit and it helps us a lot. Also you can reach them at any moment by phone which is very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend it.

Beautiful place

I really love this little place. I really enjoyed it the most because it was off the main strip. There were a few things I did not like such as not being able to find the place right away and that was because there are no signs or anything pointing to the direction of the Suite. Once you get in front of the building you have to walk up an Alleyway in order to find and for whatever reason the water wasn't very hot and that included the spa. The apartment itself is very beautiful, I was very impressed with the amount of space the apartment had, the furniture was immaculate, the kitchen had everything I needed and all the utensils including a wine opener. Unfortunately they don't provide a microwave. Maria my hostess and manager of the property was exemplary. She went above and beyond all of her duties. I had a tour bus company that emailed me tickets and no way to print them. Maria went out of her way to print them for me and had them ready with my breakfast the very next day so that I can catch my bus. This is one of the best places in Santorini to stay. I recommend you get this place as soon as you can because it sells out quickly and I can see why.

This suite was everything we could ask for! From the breakfast delivery in the morning to the hot tub on the back deck, it was perfect! It made out stay in Santorini so comfortable and enjoyable.

Classy and comfortable accomodation

Although the home was a little off the beaten track with a hilly walk into town, it was also quiet and comfortable. The house was spacious and well appointed although the second bedroom could have done with an air con unit and a second full bathroom would have been nice as we were travelling with another couple. Maria the manager was friendly and helpful and the breakfast that we had to preorder was good but sometimes a little cold. Altogether a pleasant stay.

The Santorini Suite Home is amazing!!! If I go back to Santorini I will be staying there again. The breakfast was so good and the staff helped us with any requests we had. I would recommend it to anyone.

Great stay! No view but weren't inside very much.

We really enjoyed the property, management as well as daily housekeeper were both very friendly and helpful. We did find it a bit difficult to locate when returning after dark from dinner or late night entertainment, as it was nestled in the village and all the pathways look the same. Would be helpful if the property was able to hang signage on the walls to help guide you back. We eventually found it was easier to walk down to the main roadway to find the path up to this property more easily. So definitely recommend this.

Exceptional in every way

Fannis, the property manager had arranged transport to and from the hotel. We were originally worried about this as our flight wasnt landing until approx. 11pm. The transport was seamless and he greeted us outside the entrance of the suite home. He explained everything and we settled into our very nicely appointed suite, which was very clean and well kept. The suite home is in a great location with quick access to everything you need at any time during day or night. During our entire stay we never heard the word, "no". It was great to know that Fannis, and his staff were very accommodating to our needs. If we return to Santorini, we wouldn't bother looking elsewhere and we would surely contact Fannis at the Santorini suite home.

Great apartment for short break

Short break, the apartment was as shown in pictures. Clean, and spacious. Had no problems. Transfer was arranged by the hotel for arrival and departure so we had no issues finding it. There is no reception/concierge service however we were given a contact number if we had any issues.
