"This hotel is brand new and has only been open for a little over a month. Front desk staff was great, housekeeping responsive to requests, and facilities are fresh, albeit a little sterile in styling. The lighting system in the room has a couple of oddities-one light switch at the door is the master for the room so if you turn it off the power chargers don't work. Weird. Easy to get to downtown Madrid via Renfe and Metro-the station is a 5 minute walk and getting into Sol takes about 25...

"This hotel is awesome if you need a good night sleep and are craving a feeling of luxury at a great price. The soundproofing is awesome.
