"This is a good property and budget friendly, clean and they clean your room and change towels every day. Breakfast was good. I had an issue on my first night whereby my toilet was blocked, I was told that I’d need to wait until morning and use a different toilet. I wasn’t happy with this and asked for a different room for the night and was told none were available. I then checked online and there was rooms available, I went to speak to the staff member who said she’ll need to ring her boss to ask, she advised her boss said we cannot be moved but he’ll be here within two hours to fix it, he turned up 10/15 minutes later and fixed it within 15 minutes which I was grateful for but not sure why they had to lie about it originally, hence the reason for the lower score. Otherwise it’s a great property. "
