This hotel is more expensive than others close by but once you arrive you will appreciate that spending a little more is worth every penny. Other properties often do not have double glazing and this particular area in Ericeira can be noisy at night due to it being a very popular meeting point for after hours gatherings with loud music. Also there are daily collections of rubbish and when we stayed in other nearby accommodation we were woken up every morning at 8:10. This did not happen at...

The hotel is lovely and spotless, the reception staff were fantastic the guy came to our taxi to carry our luggage on arrival as the hotel was in a pedestrian area only, the custard tart and drink on arrival was a nice touch. When we left reception called us a taxi to the airport then took our luggage to the car. If we were to return to Lisbon we would stay here again I highly recommend this hotel Thank you for a great stay.

Went for an old boys' weekend, we always try and choose a good hotel with plenty of facilities. This hotel is reasonably well situated but not as near the centre of Lisbon as we had thought. It looks like a typical concrete monstrosity from the outside but is however very clean and modern with very friendly and efficient staff. We spent some time at the rooftop bar! A grand hotel providing comfortable, spotlessly clean accomodation & courteous, helpful staff. The hotel is set in attractive gardens with an immaculate pool which is maintained to an excellent standard by the poolside assistant who promptly provides mattresses & towels as required. Don’t even hesitate and book this hotel for your Lisbon trip! Hotel is immaculate, rooms are spacious,beautiful, huge comfortable bed and amazing bathroom. From the minute we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. Attentive, knowledgeable Reception staff - nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in a One Bedroom Suite within the Convent area of the hotel. Beautifully appointed room - spacious, stylish & practical. Stunning hotel grounds & pool area.
