"Clean, comfortable and a great price. Overall a great stay. Staff were friendly and helpful and the spa/pool areas were clean and well maintained. Decent breakfast. Definitely would book again. "

"I just love this Hotel. It is my second time here. Hotel Talisman is a must when visiting Ponta Delgada. Beautiful, lots of charakter, best Breakfast buffet, great stuff, wonderful rooms and the roof pool is spectacular."

"The Neat Hotel is well situated and walking distance to the "Portas da Cidade" and great restaurants nearby. We arrived before check-in; process was quick and easy. Was told our room may be ready before check-in and offered to hold our luggage while we explored. When we got back the room was ready (earlier than expected). Room was clean and expected of a hotel room. Breakfasts were good and plenty of food. Staff was very nice and courteous. Always acknowledged our presence and answered any...

"Staff were very courteous and accommodating.
We were given our room on arrival before the alloted time which was superb as we had been traveling over 24 hours.
Room was cleaned daily and smelled wonderfully of citrus.
Breakfast was awesome, so much choice . Fresh fruit was plentiful.
We were sad to leave here and would return.
Hire car is probably a good idea.
