The apartment was located in a good area steps away from the beach and major shopping district. Check-in took way too longvsince you have to pre-check in on your device and then repeat with staff. O hotel em si é um lugar agradável . Tirando o elevador quebrado que não arrumam, um elevador só , pequeno não dá conta de atender a todos, é muita demora. Os corredores dos andares precisavam colocarem ventilador , porque o calor é demais, não tem ventilação

Sheraton Santos Hotel
Very clean and a convenient Hotel near the cruise port. Room service was great. The restaurant with the hotel was top notch and there is a mall right across the street. Wonderful stay and wonderful staff.
