"Started with a clean room, but housekeeping did not clean our room during our stay. We asked for clean towels but didn’t receive any. I walked down to housekeeping room and got my own towels for family. I also emptied our own trash. Front lobby clerk in the morning was rude and I think he tried to be funny but was annoying with his words. We had a leak to ac unit. Beds were comfortable, and breakfast was good. Second day they ran out of coffee right away so I recommend going down early....

"For the price this was a fantastic selection. The room had everything you needed except a coffee maker. We headed out at 5:30 AM one morning and would’ve been nice to make coffee in our room since the breakfast didn’t start till 630. I enjoyed the breakfast which included croissants and a made on the spot cheese omelette. Even though Econolodge is part of a chain there were lots of little Santa Fe touches in the furnishings and decor."

"When I checked in the staff member argued with me about paying even though the room was already paid for. Parking spots are very small. We have a medium sized SUV and it didn’t fit inside the parking lot lines. They gave us a room on the second floor. The elevator was broken so we had to bring everything up stairs that were covered in stained carpet. The hallways smelled like a zoo. When we got into the room we discovered the AC was not functioning. It stayed about 85 degrees the entire time....

"Ramada Santa Fe is an excellent value. This is more of a hotel than motel, as all indoor entry. The rooms are large with very comfortable beds and seating. Fridge, microwave and large flat screen tv. Keurig type coffee maker. It’s a very safe environment. Decent modern bathroom with tub shower. Would be a 10 except head manager can be grumpy, not sure why. Other staff are fine."
