"The property was nice and very well kept. The staff at the front desk were not very kind except for one customer relations woman who was very helpful and lovely. I think her name was Marialena. She went out of her way to be accommodating and caring and helpful. Otherwise the other front desk staff were not particularly welcoming. The breakfast was a bit limited in its choices especially for healthier options such as fresh fruit. "

The whole team, from receptionist and cleaners to management, they are very friendly and helpful. They offer toiletry produced locally. "Very new and clean. Good location if you require parking, bus services about 150mts away. Also very very greek. Considerably amount of time spent on YouTube to work out how to use washing machine 😑. Also back to YouTube to get the hot plate to work. We only needed to warm a little milk for coffee. All the amenities.....except for a microwave. All in all a great property, a few instructions in a few languages would have made it an awesome property 😀 "

"Fabulous small hotel in the heart of Chania Old Town. 5 minutes from the port, restaurants and shops. The owner was very welcoming and let us check in early. My friend and I stayed for one night. There were 2 double bedrooms very tastefully decorated. Tea and a coffee pod machine were very welcoming as was the water in the fridge. I don’t sleep very well, the bed was so comfortable I had a great nights sleep. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be booking it on my next stay in...

"I had a great stay at this hotel. Check in inspections were simple. Room was clean, and equipped, just as promised. Excellent location!. Five minute walk to where my tour is picked up. Laundry, grocery store, and restaurants very close. Definitely will stay again."
