"The Prescott House was a nice change from a typical chain hotel. We had a lovely queen room with an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom had bath products and a hair dryer. The shower was very small. I expect a large person would have trouble showering in it. The room had a fireplace and wood which could be burned for a fee. There was also a new window air conditioner. We did not use it as we had ceiling fan as well as a small oscillating fan. Coffee was available 24 hours on the first floor. ...

"Hi - enjoyed staying at the Hotel. It was clean and the hotel staff very friendly. Wish there was a microwave in the room, but it was fine without it. The room we had was on the waterside and had a sliding glass door that we could open for fresh air vs. having the air condition running all the time, especially at night. Really enjoyed that!! Would highly recommend this hotel."

"It was really bleh. I was in room 12, i paid extra for the jacuzzi tub and didn't even use it, it didn't look clean. The bathroom has a lower ceiling, if you're 6' and over chances are you dont fit in the shower. The amenities were bad. The carpet in the room should be removed. If anything ask for room 1 to 11. In 12 you are in a renovated garage, you have two rooms over your head and you are located in the center of a parking lot. I would not book again. The check in is all via texts so thats...

"Paid a ridiculous price for this motel for Ironman weekend. Looks like they did a quick clean and trash es to cover an old hotel as much as they could before the big weekend. Had an odd baby powder smell on top of smoke. Beds and linens were fine. Room was adequate in terms of function, just rough around the edges."

"Very cute place for a single or couple. Very comfortable bed. Good off street parking. Super clean. Owner was readily available for questions. Wi-Fi particularly good.... all around highest rating."

"We had room #504 with a balcony and I couldn’t see anything but the trees. It said “lakeside view” nope. It was nice and secluded but all I could see were the red chairs at the front of the building. That’s the only side with trees in front of the balcony. I recommend the center or the other side without trees. Room was clean, there needs to be an exhaust fan in the bathroom."

"This hotel is clean, comfortable and very modern. The only thing that I found offensive was that they charge you $50.00 if you want to check in before 2:00pm (we did not). They did store our luggage for us for free. I would stay here again!"

"Property is beautifully designed. Looks like the lounge will be a nice place to relax once it is finished. Back patio was being utilized by guests enjoying themselves. Owners were kind and helpful, and accommodating with a request we made which was so appreciated! We will definitely return."
