"When I first checked in, I was put in a room on the lowest floor. There were stairs with no access to lift for that floor. The room was dirty. Fridge was dirty. Bath was dirty. The AC also was dirty and caused me to have allergies. The front desk staff sounded polite and seemed like they were helping, ..."
