"All staff were wonderful and helpful. It was nice to be able to walk to dinner in the evening. We enjoyed the location. However, the pool towels and chair covers were old and had holes. There was a large clump of hair in the drain of the beach pool. Resort pool had some scum floating on top. Both pools were super hot and not refreshing. For the luxury hotel name you would think a chiller could be installed."

"Staff in restaurants were somewhat accommodating. We asked to change our reservation from 2 to 4 people in the Riva restaurant. We were informed they could only take us at 8:10. We said ok, then the manager of Riva said no, not until 9:00 is there an open table. Then the concierge informed me he could get it changed. Not great communication amongst staff. Food in Riva was ok. All in all, it was a good experience."

"The hotel was clean overall. Since the property is currently undergoing renovations, the carpet in our room and the hallway had some noticeable stains. The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and provided great service."
