"Poor experience at check in
Arrived at 11am (didn’t expect room to be ready) but I would expect to be allowed to park and maybe use the pool. I was told to come back at 330pm
I asked for advice on what or where I could go until then maybe thinking I’d be given some local ideas etc, I was just met with a shrug.
Came back at 330pm. Room not ready, finally was given key at 4pm.
Reception smelt of cigarettes, awful.
Room was clean, pool is lovely.
But I wouldn’t stay here again, customer service was poor, previous guests of our room had smoked outside and the stubs remained outside our room.
For the money we paid for a two night stay I’ve stayed on some amazing top resorts in Florida. This is more of a motel in my opinion. Other guests we met from the states seemed to love the place. However for ourselves we felt aside
