Hello, our stay at the Alpenhotel was very pleasant. Thank you for the friendly and attentive service. The staff was consistently kind and helpful. Thanks again! Unfortunately, I don’t speak English very well, but everything still worked out great. Eduard

Tired rooms, more like a Motel than a Hotel

Rooms look very tired and old, had a musky smell, some staff lovely, others rude, swimming pool not open, doesn’t open until 1st June, more like a Motel than a Hotel. Breakfast very poor.

Hotel revival

Overall ok

Overall ok. Hotel is a little dated but clean. Breakfast could do with some more hot options. Also, they do not have ironing boards....which isn’t great! I was there for business and I really struggled to iron my shirts on the desk in the room.

Headboard of the bed is enormously stinky, you can’t sleep. Really not reliable. Receptionist just confirmed but couldn’t do anything. This hotel need to get a renovation immediately.
