1. Valdonica Winery & Vineyard Residence

Roccastrada

"Beautiful property and breathtaking views, but the overall service was disappointing and not what I would expect given the rate we paid per night. 1) Basic amenities were repeatedly missing. Hand soap and body lotion were not provided at check-in. Despite requesting body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and lotion multiple times from different staff, they were not replenished. One evening at 10pm, there was still no body wash for three guests. 2) Wi-Fi did not work. We were given 2–3...

"Castiglion del Bosco is truly exquisite, the perfect way to experience Tuscany in luxury while still feeling completely surrounded by nature. The property is impeccable, from the beautiful gardens and grounds to the elegant rooms. Everything feels authentically Italian, refined and incredibly well maintained. The service is exceptional and very personalized. The staff genuinely goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. General Manager Nicola Migheli even greeted us personally upon...

"Beautiful property, spacious room, so well maintained. Pool was lovely but a little too quiet, some music would have been a nice touch. A little awkward to get drink/snack at pool and carry it outside while juggling entrance key. White wine appeared to complimentary pool side, why not red? Would love to have experienced e-bikes but unfortunately rained during our available time slot. Enjoyed lunch at the on-site casual restaurant, food and wine parings were excellent, never left us with an...
