The service was horrible, we're staying 2 nights on separate reservations, and got heckled by cleaning staff the next day even though we had the Do Not Disturb on the door. Finally the manager shows up and says we needed to checkout but nothing was communicated as to checking out the next day when we checked in. I asked if we were moving rooms and he said no, then I asked why are we doing this since they had both reservations in their system. There was...
