The gym was huge and the spa and yoga services great quality with affordable prices. "Our stay at Unsaga Clifftop Resort was unforgettable. The property is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking ocean views and a peaceful atmosphere that made it hard to leave. What truly set this resort apart, however, was the level of service. Our butler, Nara, was exceptional. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. On our last day, my husband became quite sick, and the staff immediately stepped in to help. They arranged for a doctor to come directly to our room, which was such a relief when we were preparing for international travel. What impressed me even more was that the butler manager personally stopped by to check on my husband and make sure he was okay. That level of care is rare. We never felt like just another guest. The entire team treated us with kindness, compassion, and genuine concern. The combination of the incredible location, beautiful accommodations, and world-class service made this one of the most memorable resort experiences we've ever had. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Unsaga Clifftop Resort to anyone looking for a truly special Bali experience."
