"Always an outstanding stay! Truthfully my go to place to stay in Victoria! You will not be disappointed. If there was one item that could stand to be ungraded it’s the gym. Other than that the room, location, staff and the Courtney Room are 10/10"

"Room overlooked a major vehicle thoroughfare - Douglas Street - and there was much traffic noise from cars,trucks and buses, not to mention that the room also overlooked a four-way traffic stop which resulted in traffic stopping and starting. Also, an old fridge adjoining the bedroom make a loud humming noise solved by pulling out the electrical plug to stop it. The air conditioner did not work. The walls were poorly insulated - could hear footsteps and voices from the floor above from other...

"This was an amazing hotel the only downside was how early the lounge/restaurant closed. The service and food at the restaurant were amazing but they closed at 9pm so you couldn’t go for a night cap after a day of touring. The rooms were spacious and clean I would definitely stay here again"
