Unfortunately check in is an absolute joke, arrived at the hotel around 3.30 pm to be told the rooms we’re not ready and would not be ready for some time, after waiting for an hour we decided to eat in the restaurant, which was excellent, as we need to be at the theatre for 7pm and would need to shower and change first. "The hotel has a modern, edgy design and a great location near Chinatown. The room was a little small, but overall comfortable. However, there was a blood stain on the bedsheet, which was unpleasant, and the sound insulation was poor — I could clearly hear the people next door showering for nearly an hour. There were cobwebs around the air vent, since my room was a corner room at the end of the hallway, it made me feel like nobody had stayed this room for a while."

"This is a wonderful and hip hotel in a great part of Soho. The room was beautiful, the staff was very attentive. The location was amazing. The only thing I can say that's somewhat negative is that we missed having coffee and tea in the room. Most hotels will have these amenities but they were not available in the room."
