"A slight blip with a power cut but the staff couldn’t have been more on the ball and all was soon sorted The rooms were very well appointed and very clean. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient and the breakfast was excellent. Would certainly revisit and can reccomend"

"Great place great location but the check-in was not easy. I did the pre check in downloaded the app but the app kept saying check-in so I went back and I had. Ended up just using the key codes which you get 2 mins before 3pm. I kept worrying that there was a problem and I was already in Harrogate. ..."
