"This is a “must stay and relax” type of place. The staff is incredible, the customer service is superb and the amenities (spa. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, biking, etc.) is fabulous. The property is lakefront with amazing views. It is centrally located to visit several cities and easy parking. Highly recommend and the four restaurants are so good. Great time and will visit again! "Loved the balconies and view, close proximity to town and things to do/train to Interlaken, etc. rooms were great - stayed on a hot week so know there is no AC. Wengen is the best and this hotel was a great place to stay with kids, as our room had bunk beds in a separate bedroom. "
